What you get

Focused where the event actually happens.

Branded Storefront

Publish event pages, ticket types, add-ons, offers and checkout under a consistent event brand.

Management Portal

Manage events, orders, refunds, promotions, customer documents, tickets and reporting.

Event App

Scan QR tickets, record attendance, fulfil add-ons and take in-person payments at the event.

Ticket management from checkout to check-in

The Storefront, Management Portal and Event App work as three surfaces of one product. The same event, attendee, order, ticket and admission state stay connected as a purchase moves from checkout to entry.

Manual check-in remains available through the Management Portal as a backup. The Event App is the primary event-day surface for faster scanning and attendance updates.

Event operations without planning-suite bloat

The product is focused on event ticket management and event-day operations for festivals, workshops, intensives, community events, studio specials and independent recurring event brands.

It is not currently sold as full event management software for venue sourcing, speaker management, exhibition planning or marketing automation. The broader BusinessThing platform is coming later.
