BusinessThing is provided by HumanKindly (ABN 93 140 434 991). These terms apply when you use the public BusinessThing website, join the Event Storefront waitlist, access a Storefront, Management Portal, or Staff Mobile account, or otherwise use the product.
The public site is provided for general information, private early-access communications, and customer acquisition. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure, accounts, orders, or data.
Storefronts are operated by independent event organisers using BusinessThing. Organisers remain the seller of record and are responsible for their events, tickets, add-ons, prices, event details, cancellations, refunds, agreements, waivers, and customer relationships. BusinessThing provides the Storefront, Management Portal, Event App, and supporting payment technology.
Management Portal and Staff Mobile access is for authorised organisation staff. You must protect your account and device credential, use only devices you are permitted to operate, and promptly revoke or report a lost, shared, or compromised device. Staff actions performed through an authenticated account may be recorded for security, support, and audit purposes.
Joining the Event Storefront waitlist or contacting us does not guarantee private early access, early-adopter pricing, public availability, or any service commitment. Product scope, timing, and commercial terms may change.
Unless otherwise stated, the site content, branding, copy, design, and supporting materials remain the property of HumanKindly or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the public site.
We may update the site, these terms, and related policies as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
